WHY:      Because we forget that sports take mental toughness too.

It has been proven that athletes although physically fit cannot reach the top of their game because of mental errors.  Many professional athletes work with psychologists, life coaches and other individuals to master the mental aspect of their professions.  Rarely do you find this true with high school, college and women athletes.  Female athletes have focused even less on their exposed to mental training. The lack of it keeps them from achieving their peak performance. Without mental conditioning there is an inability to focus/concentrate, visualize success, control anger, and negative self-talk.  This seminar may not cure them of all of these things, but it will give them more insight of how to have better control over them.
